I live in a small, but very welcoming place. No children, no pets. No smoking inside. Love to chill with a coffee or a glass of champagne while listening to a record or watching a film.

Avid jogger in the morning and will probably try to talk you into coming with me. 😂

Live very close to downtown with easy access to the waterfront for a stroll if the weather allows.
