Random fact: Although nicacin (vitamin b3) does not directly affect mood, lack of it in the body can cause depression and insomnia, because body compensates for lack of niacin by converting tryptophan to niacin. Since body's supply of tryptophan comes in limited amount, more niacin produced means less tryptophan left to produce serotonin and melatonin, two hormones causing good mood and good sleep cycle respectively...

Therefore, eat enough B3!
