ABOUT ME

We love travel - if we just didn't have to work to live. Very active in the LDS Church. Six grown kids, grandchildren & great grandchildren. Genealogy and Family History research are 2 of my passions. Love to quilt & garden.
We still live in a small town - 13,000 souls, but close to Springfield & Branson, MO. Hot & humid in the summer, but gentle the rest of the year.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is good! Everything happens for a reason. Live & let live. Don't sweat the small stuff. God is in charge - let Him do it. If you are down & out, help someone else or give service; it takes your mind off your own troubles.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have a spare room, plus 2 couches for sleeping a family, if you need. Not close to airports or train stations, so best mode of travel is by car. No bus service.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None - but hope to find a place to stay in Germany on a trip in August 2010. I'll let you know how that goes.

Interests

Quilting, reading, travel, genealogy, gardening, work, play. Husband does wood working, metal work & is very creative.
I love the parks in southern Utah & Colorado. Amazing!
