My Interests
I am a hatha yoga teacher, Laughing yoga, intuitive dance, and also I play relaxation concerts on Tibetan bowls and gongs. I do relaxation activities for children, often conduct lectures and workshops at personal development festivals. A painter by education, although this passion has been a little behind lately. Recently I have been fascinated by the theme of style and slow fashion. I could write that I am interested in spiritual development, but today there is no difference for me between the spiritual and material worlds.
