About Me

I am Passionate about People, their Capabilities and Potential, and for over 15 years i've been studying Human Behavior, Social Relationships and Interactions between people and groups in different contexts and at different levels.

Born in Lisbon for more than 3 decades, from an early age i moved to Alpiarça, village in the magnificent Ribatejana Plain, where i grew up and began my studies which then continued in Santarem, Coimbra, Oporto, Rome, Lisbon, Carvoeiro, Amsterdam and, most recently, San Diego.

For those who really want to know, i have a degree in Sociology by one of the most Prestigious Portuguese Universities and best sociology national School (FEUC); with advanced professional training in Training Management for a Renowned Portuguese multinational in the area of Innovation (SPI); with an international certification in Coaching by one of the largest certifying entities in the world (ICC); with a Post-Graduation in Leadership Training and Team Development, pioneer in Portugal, at the best national School of Psychology (ISPA); certified as Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP (ITA); trained by John Grinder in New Code of NLP; certified as Generative Trance therapist with Stephen Gilligan.

Perhaps more meaningful, i continue open to Human Behavior learnings in areas such as Creativity, Multiple Intelligences, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Trance, NLP, Human Needs, Motivation, Peak Performance, Psy Cap, Leadership, Communication, Parenting, Emotional and Relational Management.

Besides surfing the web, discovering gadgets and trends, in my vacant time i go for 8k walks or jogs, pratice home workouts, tai chi and yoga a couple of times a month, read and.... travel!! (OH yes! I do love to travel!!) :)
