About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See stuff, do things, get lost

ABOUT ME

I grew up in the same state for school and university. When I finished my degree, I got a job in Korea teaching English. The people who I met inspired me to travel and see more of the world while I can so that's what I'm doing.
After Korea I traveled around SouthEast Asia for 5 months then moved to Taiwan. I'm currently teaching History, English, and computers.

PHILOSOPHY

Do good and don't look back.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I found out about couchsurfing, I never had a place that could fit another person (comfortably). So for now I'm more of a surfer than a host but if someone really needs a couch, I definitely have a place to stay!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a few times in America without couchsurfing.org. I've used it a handful of times, mostly in Taiwan.

Interests

Traveling, learning, bicycling, meeting new people, and having fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

These are deep questions. I think the most amazing thing (and people in high school can vouch) I've done is graduate from university. Other than that, I would say firefighting was a pretty amazing adventure. Also working at a summer camp for people with special needs. I did it for a class one summer and loved it so much that I worked at the camp the next summer. I can't do it this year but I'll be back when I have a chance.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess the best thing that I can offer you would be language help. I enjoy teaching, tutoring, and helping in peoples education. I can also cook a mean spring roll ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belize, Cambodia, Canada, France, India, Japan, Laos, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
