I'm a therapeutic coach (helping people with self-compassion in sessions on Zoom) and facilitator living in Granada, Spain.

I trained with Gabor Maté - if you know and like what he does that's a few hundred hours of conversation we could have right there🤓

If you don't know who Gabor Maté is, I'm also really into music (I'm getting into writing my own), running, yoga, coffee, growing food, walks and spending slow time with people🧡

I live in a beautiful cave which is pretty magical!

I'm not really that into going out to bars and stuff but I do that sometimes (alcohol-free beers though as I'm an alcohol-free human!). I'd rather make food together or go for a walk with my neighbour's dog!

I'm really into stepping into the 'more beautiful world our heart knows is possible' and couchsurfing is totally part of that more beautiful world. Hospitality is really important to me. I really love meeting awesome, interesting and interested people. Also #fuckAirbnb
