Hi Everyone, my name is Joel I'm from London, I cut hair and like to make YouTube videos! I'm travelling around America hitting all 50 states! I would love nothing more than to meet new people and see what you know in your home town. This is my first ture solo adventure and would be great to meet new people along the way, the friends I've made so far have been friends for a life time!

I'm 49 states in so far and I have to say the people and friends I've meet have been amazing, I don't think there is any other way to travel other than using this app!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As much as I can stay in motels and hotels I know I'll never get the same experience as meeting new people along the way and staying with them.

For the people I've stayed with so far its probably the best I've experienced in life so far. I've made friends and relationships without this app wouldn't have been possible!

Interests

I love learning new things and skills, anything the challenges me. They say you're never going to grow being in your comfort zone.

I feel most alive when I'm pushing myself to be the best version of myself. I think the more people I meet and talk to the better I have a grip of what life is actually like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped out of plane for charity, I've been climbed a mountain when I was only 13 years old. Giving back to the homeless have been a great experience for me and for them. Niagara Falls has probably been the most amazing thing to see!

It would great to take you out to either a restaurant or activity of your choice, I would say I'm a decent cook so if you can think it I can definitely make it. Plus I'm a barber and have my kit with me so I can definitely give you a great hair cut if you're I need ( Yes I can also cut womens hair)
