Overview
About Me
Hey! I’m Joginder — a backpacker at heart, currently based in London 🇬🇧
I’m originally from India and hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy. After completing my studies, I worked for several years in the corporate pharma and research space before the road called louder than the office. I quit my job, packed my bags, and spent months travelling across India before moving to the UK to start my master’s in Healthcare Leadership and Management.
I love slow travel, long walks, mountain air, local food, spontaneous plans, and deep conversations with strangers who soon feel like friends. Photography and storytelling are a big part of my journey, and I enjoy capturing raw, real moments from the road. You’ll often find me exploring cities on foot, chasing sunsets, or talking life over chai or coffee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m new to the UK and would love to connect with locals and fellow travellers to explore the city, share stories, and learn from different cultures. I believe the best experiences come from genuine human connections, not guidebooks.
At the moment, I’m unable to host as I’m sharing accommodation, but I’m always happy to meet up, explore together, grab a coffee, or just have a good conversation. Hopefully, once I’m more settled, I’ll be able to host and give back to this wonderful community.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hindi, Punjabi, Haryanvi and yeap, I am trying to listen English music everyday as i am loving it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled in Winter Ladakh where temperature goes around -30 almost and did paragliding in Asia’s second highest point Bir billing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love exchanging stories, skills, and experiences from the road. I can share insights from my travel journey across India, content creation basics (photos, reels, storytelling), and what it’s really like to balance studies, travel, and life abroad.
I’m always open to learning too — whether it’s about local culture, new perspectives, creative ideas, or simply how people live and think in different parts of the world. For me, every conversation is a chance to learn something new.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories and experiences from my travels across India, along with insights into local culture, food, and everyday life. I enjoy meaningful conversations and exchanging perspectives on travel, life, and different ways of living.
I can also share my knowledge of travel planning, photography, and content creation, along with practical tips on exploring places on a budget. If you’re curious about India, its culture, or long-term travel experiences, I’m always happy to talk and exchange stories.
Most importantly, I bring respect, openness, good energy, and genuine curiosity — the kind that makes conversations flow naturally.
