I works as a music teacher for kids/youths and beside that he also works with a reggae festival called "Öland Roots" (www.olandroots.com) on the island where I live and has been doing that for 13 years now. I also lead a male voice choir and play keyboard in a reggae band called Alvaret.

PHILOSOPHY

I think the way most people live today is very unhealthy with all the stress and the hunt for success. I'm trying more and more to get away from this kind of lifestyle and I want to prove both to my self and to other people that there is another way of living, more in harmony with ourself, the nature and the planet we live on. This doesn't have to involve big changes in everyday life, the most important change is the mental.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and get new experiences. It's a nice way to trave and get to know local people and cultures from different parts of the world I think!

Interests

Music has always been a part of my life and I love both playing and listening to music and have done so ever since I was a child. I play mainly guitar and piano but though I'm very fascinated about instruments I've learned to play a little bit of everything and I love to try new instruments. I also like travelling, good food, and to meet interesting people!
