I lived in Alaska for 34 years, then moved to Las Cruces, NewMexico for almost 3 years and I am now back in Alaska full-time. I live up near the mountains on 1/2 acre lot and have a number of bedrooms available for surfers.

I live about 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage on a 1/2 acre private lot. It’s fenced in. I have three extra bedrooms and could host 5-10 people. But honestly, I would be overwhelmed if I did that. I would take 1-2 people at a time

FYI, I have 5 cats in case you are allergic.

I work from home and do need the space to not get too loud.
