About Me

I am a 23 years old girl who choosed Berlin as her new home to study landscape architecture. Originally I am from a middle age town in the centre of Germany.

I am really an outdoor person. I love to have a stroll in the nature, tenting, go hiking, swiming, just having nature around me makes me happy. Not kiding.
On the other hand I am a pretty enthausiastic about cities, so walking around fleamarkets or explore architecture and alternative suburbs, with cafes and streetart is also my sort of stuff.
I am always curious about picking up new things and explore unknown neighborhoods. I like relaxed evenings at home excatly as much as drinking a few beers at a bar with live music or partying all night long at music festivals , especially with good rock music and easy-going people around me.

When I think back to my travel experiences I've made, there are so so many beautiful things I just experienced with people I met through couchsurfing or somewhere on the road. I really hope to grew a good network of people everywhere in the world. All the hospitality and friendliness I received from people along the way is my reason why I started with couchsurfing. I just had the feeling to give something back and share that sense of belonging.

The last year I was pretty busy to settle down at my new home, getting used to a new chapter in life, that I haven't had that much time for traveling.
Now its time to write some new lines in my travel book, explore new places and meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hosting people is my little holiday during work periods to keep the travel spirit around me. Its my reason to connect with people who are on the same wave like me.

Also I want to explore a new place through the eyes of local people and I am happy to share nice conversations, photos or receive postcards from somwhere.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like indie-rock bands and rock bands and I am always very happy If you have some band recommendations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

+ My last music festival summer back in Germany - having a lot of fun in a crowd of 70.000 people!

+ Hitchhiked around all of the North and South Island of New Zealand and met so many great people along the way!

+ Skydiving in Taupo

+ traveled around without phone for 7 months (believe me it is really possible! :D)

+ I rode a scooter around Lombok and was so impressed what a difference it makes when you are able to speak at least a tiny little bit of indonesian, because I met so many nice people! And at least: a smile can break every language border :)

What I Can Share with Hosts
