Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Years ago in school we read an article about couchsurfing. And since then i wanted to try it out myself.
Here I am.
I`m just fascinated by the idea of getting to know a complete stranger in my home or abroad. It`s always very interesting to find out about the different stories other people can tell you.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

music: everything, that I happen to like. But for the most part, I have no clue about the current charts
films: like em. But only the good ones. Let`s be honest: Superbad ist just super bad. But the real deal is Christopher Nolan. Or Scorsese.
books: used to read stuff like eargon, harry potter. But time is rare. So a few years ago i began to read more sophisticated stuff.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When in September in 2015 we entered our train to Zurich the train was full of refugees. Before, i had never been in such direct contact with these people. In our train compartment already sat two young men from Syria. So we asked them about their unbelievable journey to europe. One of them told us, he hoped to earn money for his family who only reached turkey.
We talked until the swiss border. Then the whole train was searched by the swiss border police. The checked every passport. As my friend and I had german passports, of course it was no problem - we could stay.
But the refugees didn't have a german passport. Nor a french, nor an italian one. Nor one of any other european country. If they had one.
This was the difference. That meant either remaining seated or being pulled out of the train.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I'm always ready to learn new stuff and try out new things.

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

I'm into photography. So i always have my canon with me on my trips. Although my own instagram is not the the creme de la creme, most certainly a good shot could pimp up yours ;)
When somebody opens a jam session, you can count on me.
