Our current mission is to sail our Yacht from Greece back to Thailand over the next 2/3 years.

ABOUT ME

A get out there and do it sort of person who is always passionate about my current project whether it be fostering children or sailing half way around the world. I really try to nurture "thinking outside the box". I particularly enjoy listening to the adventures and the stories that we all have to tell.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am not totally sure yet but would like to use the site to get to meet locals on this trip from Greece to Thailand. Once I get life on board all sorted then host others who would like to share sailing on pieces of the journey.

Interests

Sailing - I have lived on a yacht for 7 years and loved the lifestyle and the adventure!

diving - love tech diving and am rebreather certified (Drager)

Computers - am a software developer and manager for all things computer for over 30 years. Currently developing on the iPad/phone platform.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love Science Fiction .. Star Wars, Blade Runner, Alien .. The whole lot of them :)
At the moment I am reading "the heart is a lonely hunter", "The brain that changes itself", "double share", "world cruising routes" .. I like to read a few at the same time :)
Music is all over the place but Favs at the moment are Florence + the machine, Lana del Rey and my all time is Evanescence. But I love classical, pop but probably not too good at country and western.
