About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live your truth with love
ABOUT ME
I love food and holistic healing. I like a quiet night in or a mellow night out. Not much of a partier or a drinker but those occasions do arise. I thoroughly enjoy spontaneous adventures, spending time in nature hiking or going to hot springs, gathering my own spring water, harvesting wild edibles, spending time with friends old and new. I love to travel! There's nothing like travel to get you into living in the present moment.
PHILOSOPHY
Love is all there is, and sunshine is certainly an amazing adjunct to that. Live in the moment, live from your heart, and use your own discernment to steer yourself through life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been to Ireland, Wales, England, France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, and Morocco. Each of these places was very special and were full of unique experiences and memories I will never forget.
I drove from Connecticut to Oregon over 3 weeks. I believe my favorite place was Sedona -- I loved it. It really was an incredible voyage.
I've been to the Rocky Mountain National Park and stood and breathed at the top of the Rocky Mountains. Indescribable.
I traveled to Ecuador for 2 weeks in May of 2011 for the Raw Food World Gathering.I visited Vilcabamba, the Sacred Valley of Longevity. It truly was tropical paradise. The air was crisp and fresh and clean, the stars were bright and breathtaking every night, there was food growing everywhere.
Teach, Learn, Share
People different from myself, and yet also people who reflect the qualities that I value in myself. People who live in a way to which I aspire. Healers, light workers, kin.
