About Me
CURRENT MISSION
1st: travelling, discovering new places and meeting new ppl; 2nd: attracting ppl to Russia and showing them around Moscow
ABOUT ME
I'm an open-minded, easy-going and active girl, even maybe too energetic as I can't stay at home too long but try to come home as LATE as possible) And when I come home I still communicate (with my friends on Facebook and in the social network vk.com. These are no ads! :-)
I'm proud of being Russian and I'm glad to be an heir of its great culture and glorious history and I know many facts about them. But I'm not a stereotypical Russian girl wearing a fur coat and a miniskirt in winter and 10 cm high heels the whole year around))
PHILOSOPHY
Carpe diem, Latin "Catch the day". Our life is too short and the world is so big. Money isn't my priority, it's more important to do what you like and have more fun :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm always up for a cup of coffee, tea or smth stronger (I'm still Russian :-D )
So, quoting a line from the song "Sverige" by the Swedish rock band "Kent": Välkommen hit vem du än är var du än är.. ("Welcome here whoever you are wherever you are")
So, välkommen! Добро пожаловать! Welcome! Willkommen! Bienvenue! Benvenuti! Bienvenidos! and in all the other more than 500 languages that I don't speak)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience was in Aug 2011 in Scandinavia. All my hosts were great and very helpful, showing me around.
Then I hosted one of them in return and later walked around Stockholm with another one. And hosted five friends of mine in my single room (not all together!)))
In Dec 2011 I went to Brussels and Gent with my group mate, and except for hosting and guiding us, the local hosts tried to make us taste as many beer sorts as possible))
In August 2014 my friends and I made a road trip in Germany and we stayed at local couchhosts. All of them were really pleasant and helpful.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: good comedies (neither vulgar nor stupid!) with Loius de Funes and Adriano Celentano and Soviet ones; Lord of the rings
Music: I'm not so picky, I like more lyrical songs, latina and oriental rhythms (see my dance preferences). And hits cos you can dance to them ;-)
Books: don't even ask a person who studies Philology about them. We've to read and analyse piles of them! Anyway, I don't like modern literature, I prefer classical prose to poetry, A.C. Doyle, J. London, G. de Maupassant, G. Boccaccio are among my favourites.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On TV they always show some extraordinary people. I can't do anything amazing..Except for maybe dancing if we take into account the line "She's amazing on the dancefloor.." by David Ghuetta :-D Well, maybe I'm a "little bad girl"..
Teach, Learn, Share
I think you've got my point "Teach". I can teach you Russian as a foreign language as I've got a degree in it and have some experience with European and Asian students.
And I can teach you how to dance :-)
"Learn": Abroad I learn sth. new&different. I'd like to learn how to drive a car, though in Moscow it isn't necessary cos of all these traffic jams.
"Share": with my knowledge about Russian culture and history, my travel and student experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Friendliness, energy, Russian food, topics for a nice conversation etc.
