I am currently studying mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Science in Cologne, Germany. I grew up in Osnabrück, a small town in the north-west of Germany and moved to cologne to study when I was 20years old.
When I was 16, I did a 10 months exchange to Australia. That was probably the time when I discovered my passion for travelling. I went back to Australia for another year to do work and travel and meet up with my old friends from highschool. since then, I have been living in Cologne and try to travel as much as I can between the lectures and exams ;) If I am not traveling or at uni, I love to play soccer or hang out with my friends.
Next Trip: Balkan states for 2 weeks ;)

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

First of all, I love travelling. But travelling and meeting up with locals is even more fun. With couchsurfing you get to know a lot of different, interesting people. It's always good to have a local who can give you advices on where to go and what to do wherever you are. All the different personalities I have met so far influenced me and made me the person I am now. I am convinced that you can always learn from people, no matter who they are, what they do or where they're from. And couchsurfing is the best platform to get to know those people. People who are sharing the same interests.

Interessi

I need to do sports and exercise in my life. Back home I play soccer in a local soccer club and go for a run every now and then.
Hanging out with friends and partying on the weekend to find the balance with university and work ; )
