Hi my name is John I'm 21 years old from long island New York and I am an avid explorer and adventure seeker! I'm always looking to do new, interesting, and maybe even intimidating things that push me to the edge of my comfort zone. A few things you should know about me - My camera comes with me everywhere, making videos is a huge part of what makes me happy and sharing those videos for others to enjoy is my ultimate goal. I don't know any languages besides English but learning new things every day is something I strive to do and one day i hope to be able to speak to my international friends in their own language! I also don't have much travel or world experience in general so my goal with couch surfing is to change that and see the world and share it through my videos. P.S I'm a vegetarian. Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I've stumbled on to couch surfing on my journey to meet new people, travel the world and share my story. I'm here to find new and interesting people who have stories to share about the places they live and love. my mission is to meet locals from all over the world and explore their culture and immerse myself in it as I document my travels. I would like to see some tourist attractions and cultural landmarks in my travels, however more than anything I'm here to see the things no tourists will get to see. I want to live the life of locals from all over the world and see and do the things they do on a daily basis and really get a feel for what it's like to live in different places. My goal is to tell a story every day, It will be my story but it will also be a story of everyone I meet and stay with and share experiences with. I hope you will join me in making my story the best it can be!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music has always been difficult for me to play favorites with because I feel that I like different music based on my mood at the time I'm listening to it. As of now a few of my favorite bands/artists are Post Malone, Mt.Joy, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Rush, Kendrick Lamar, Getter, Ghostemane, Drake and a bunch more but I don't want this list to get too long. Some movies I really liked are Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Pulp fiction and Mr.nobody.
Unfortunately I don't read books as much as I'd like to but I'm always open to suggestions for good reads!

I've learned to challenge what scares me and face it head on to push myself beyond my limits and see whats outside my comfort zone, to me that is the most amazing thing I have ever done!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I love photography and I can teach you as much as I know about camera settings and shot composition maybe even while we go out to do a photo shoot! I'm still pretty young and I haven't really started my journey but hopefully as I learn and grow in my travels I will gain more knowledge to share and stories to tell.

Want food but don't want to cook? I've got you covered, I may not be a professional chef but I can definitely whip up something tasty and vegetarian or vegan friendly if you're into that for my hosts or just lend a helping hand in the kitchen. How about a video or some pictures taken for you for any number of reasons i.e weddings, baby showers, youtube, music videos, portraits, family photos or anything you'd like to get some great shots of! I'm here to help and to listen I want my journey to be my story but my story wouldn't be possible without the help of the amazing people here on the couchsurfing community so If there's anything I can do to assist my host I'd be more than happy to accommodate!
