Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I want to explore new areas and meet new people. I think that the best way to get to know a place or a culture is to meet the people. Staying in hotels and seeing the usual tourist sites can be fun, but I don't feel like you really get to know a place without knowing the people.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
My wife and I rode our bicycles across the US (California to Florida) two years ago to raise money for childhood cancer research.
