ABOUT ME

I'm trying to figure out what's next for me, traveling, writing and who knows what else. I seek knowledge, adventure and, all too often, trouble. Let's go grab a beer!

I don't really have a permanent home and I've been mostly staying with friends and family while traveling. Currently, I spend most of my time working on social justice issues, specifically racism, state violence and the criminal justice system.

I love the outdoors and try to be outside as much as possible. These days I mostly rock and ice climb and just got a mountain bike. I also backpack, snowboard, snowshoe, and white water raft as often as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted 50+ people (mostly through my roommates' CS profiles) and I'm about to start surfing for the first time.

I love to show our guests that New Mexicans are wonderful, outgoing people and Albuquerque is a fun city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is one of the best things ever created. The people are amazing and the experiences are unforgettable. I hope to do this for a long, long time.

I've hitch-hiked from border to border and coast to coast.
I was once in a coma.
Sailing in Argentina and scuba diving in Honduras are some of my favorite experiences.
