About Me
Hello everyone, i am Joris and i'm already living for 4 years in Ghent. Why Ghent? Well i really felt in love with the city, because it's very open and cultural. I used to live in Limburg ( close to Holland and Germany). I describe myself as a easygoing guy who loves to meet new people around the world. Right now i live with my cat Charlie in a town which is 3 km's from Ghent.
I am a personal assistant for people with mental dissabilities, which means i go to people and help them with their needs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I grew up in an social and open family. When i was young, my cousins went on an Exchange program to study in a different country. When i was 15 i deciced to go to Australia for one year. I met several students from my age who were from all over the world. For me it was really nice and interesting to meet people from other countries to learn how they live and what the culture is.
Since then i am open to host people from other countries by myself.
