About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I currently live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Doing a post-doc in artificial intelligence. Trying to leave sustainably as much as I can and make new friends every day :)
ABOUT ME
I would described myself as a passionate person. I really enjoy discovering and trying new things.
I might also be described as a little ambivalent as I like nature activities as well as watching movies comfortably seated in a couch, I like traveling in cities as much as I love going in the countryside discovering beautiful landscapes...
I think I am an easy going person who like almost everyone and usually get along with very different kind of persons.
My friends usually say I am always smiling and I like humor
PHILOSOPHY
I consider myself as an open-minded person.
I hate spending my days sleeping and always need to have plans for the future (I consider owning a plane ticket is already a plan).
I have a quite active life and if I had to die soon I would like to be able to say that it couldn't have been better.
"Take any experience you can" could be a good motto for this philosophy section
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I mostly travel using couchsurfing simply because it is the best way to travel. Really, being on couchsurfing have made me so much more interested in travelling. Going somewhere and seeing beautiful lanscapes and monuments is great. Discovering it through the experience of a local is way different and better.
I also enjoy going to bars a lot and CS is often a wonderful way to find the best small places where locals go.
CS is just amazing.
When I am not traveling, I am also always happy to welcome anyone who wants at my home. It makes me want to go back to traveling even more and it is always a good experience. It is always a good way to rediscover your city through the eyes of your guests.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
North east America, Canada, South of the US are mostly the places where I have surfed. So far, I never had to face any bad experience neither hosting nor being a guest.
