About Me

Hi, I'm Josephine - an always busy, travel-addicted and passionate Author from Eastern Germany.
I love the variety so this is why I am busy all the time in doing many things I like.
Although I am not really sporty, I love to do rock climbing and bouldering.
When I am not traveling, I host cultural events and shows and lead workshops in spoken word at educational institutions. Furthermore I graduated my B.A. in politics and economics and study right now in the Master's program "talent research and competence development" at University Leipzig.
I would describe myself as a curious person who is open minded and interested in learning about new cultures and in hearing from spiritual experiences other person made. Actually it seems that I am always funny when I'm not trying to and I am (most of the time) easy to handle (as long as there is some wine left ;) )

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's important to take every opportunity to get into touch with other cultures and people from all over the world. Nothing can make you richer than other opinions, nothing can inspire more than other peoples point of view. Listening carefully to the stories people sharing with you is the best way to get inspired and to learn about yourself and how life is going.
So this is my reason for being here: get into touch with other cultures, lifes and points of view. And of course: to meet people from all around the world who share my passion for art and enjoy drinking the odd glass or two of wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer (2017) I traveled to Romania - I really fell in love with this country - especially the mountains and the areas for doing rock climbing where magnificent.
Also:
Every time I did hitchhiking I really got to know interesting and cool people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

"Every dreamer knows that it is entirely possible to be homesick for a place you've never been to."
I can share a lot - it depends on what you are interested in and on which level we meet each other.
I love to show you how to make the best (german) pancakes with an easy recipe.
