About Me

I am 23 from the U.K trying to see as much of the world as I can. Currently I have been living and travelling through New Zealand since September 2015. From June I will be moving through Asia on a new adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing because I think that it would be a great way of meeting new people and locals to the areas in which I want to see. It will enable me to gain a greater knowledge of the local are and get in touch with the culture of the area.

Interests

One of my interests is travelling and cant wait to see more of the world. another interest that i have attending music festivals and gigs. I am also a keen follower of sports especially football and rugby union. In my spare time i also enjoy hanging out and socialising with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music i s one of my main passions and my favourite genre of music is indie, some of my favorite bands are Alt-j, Bloc party, The national, The Stone Roses and Interpol to name just a few but I also love folk and Motown music Nick Drake and Marvin Gaye being a couple of my favourites.
I enjoy watching films and going to the cinema my favourite film is Goof Will Hunting and one of my other film that i can watch over and over is Super Bad

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are two things that I have done which are quite Amazing to me and I find it hard to choose between them, one being cooking for the Great British Olympic hockey team in their preparation for the 2012 Olympic games, it was a real honour to cook for them.
The other is completing the Tough Mudder assault course, this was most probably the difficult and physically demanding thing that I have ever done there was a real sense of achievement once I had finished.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to teach people about my home and the way that we live and about my culture and I would in return like to learn how others live and their culture. I would like to share new experiences with people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Being a chef I can cook meals for the hosts to give them some experience of the things that I like to eat in my home country.
