Overview
About Me
My wife, Stacey, and I are from the western United States. We quit our jobs and are traveling for a year (2018), with the focus of seeing new places, meeting people from all over the world and sharing culture, language, traditions, food, and ideas. We want to be students and learn and rest lots. My wife spent 7 years serving people who became refugees by teaching them English and helping them find jobs and I worked in marketing. We are also very clean guests and want to treat the space we are in as we would want our home to be treated-clean :) Update: We returned back to the USA to live again as of September 2019, and are doing marketing and film production work and Stacey is starting her own business online helping people with health issues to travel in spite of health restrictions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are hoping to meet local people from the countries we visit and learn their culture from them. Local contacts always make a place you visit much more enjoyable.

My wife teaches English, American culture, and about refugees. She also LOVES nutrition and can help you craft a healthy and healing diet. I can teach about photography and videography.
We want to learn: Spanish and Arabic language, cooking ethnic foods where we are, sailing, snorkeling, horseback riding, yoga, history of the areas we are in and more :)
