About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Love to travel and share my zest for life and the outdoors w others. Want to see the world and meet awesome people along the way.
ABOUT ME
Outdoor junkie. I grew up in Southern California, going to the beach, surfing, playing sports, etc (the good life). I relocated to Utah for school and to play volleyball. Love traveling and meeting new people. Have a masters degree in exercise physiology so I am well educated, and I am as chill as they come (the SoCal in me). I'm honest, clean, religious, funny, outgoing, and such a people person. I genuinely love people...
PHILOSOPHY
I live for the experience. Life is here to be LIVED, and enjoyed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have an open cot, and possibly an inflatable mattress. I'm all about the outdoors and having a great time. Would like to share my passion of life and adventure with anyone as they visit the Salt Lake City/Park City area. I just love making new friends and memories.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I first surfed in Oct 2013 while I was backpacking through Europe. I met so many wonderful and amazing people along my journey who shared their place, experience, and love for their towns. It really made my trip... Friends for life. Thank you to all of you. Now being back in the US, I've been able to host a few sets of people and it has been equally rewarding. I love sharing my life and passions with others. Meeting great people and creating lasting friendships/contacts is so exciting. I look forward to future surfing experiences.
Interests
Anything outdoors really. (Canyoneering. Climbing. Backpacking. Whitewater rafting. Cliff jumping. Etc)
Love learning about people and their lives, culture, etc. I like adventure sports, been skydiving and bunjee jumping, love to live my life on the line.. try new things, being creative, thinking outside the box. I like checking out the big cities and the popular things on my travels, but I'd rather get into the countryside and experience the real culture, the unseen places, the adventure.

Music, Movies, and Books
Gosh too many to list. Love reading. Love music. Love movies. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Descended 100+ technical slot canyons in the US/Canada. Skydiving (2x). Multiple 60-70 mile backpacking treks on the John Muir Trail. 40 mile backpacking trip in Zion National Park. Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim Hike (21 miles) in one day. Havasupai (4x) Indian Reservation in Arizona. Backpacked solo in Western Europe (10 countries) for 6 weeks. Most all of them come in the outdoors, living life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning from everyone, hosts and surfers. I'm laid back, but I love to get out and do fun stuff. Love music and dancing, I can teach some volleyball, or we can get out in the mountains for a hike. My all time favorite is to adventure in the slot canyons of Southern Utah.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A great experience and hopefully an adventure! A hike in the mountains, possibly some rappelling. Just depends on someone’s availability/schedule.
