Hi! My name is Josh. I am a college student who is very interested in exploring the world! I am really optimistic and care-free, and I really just love to live life to the fullest. I am an art major with a real appreciation for the people and travel as well as the arts ,and I want to see the world more than anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new here but I think Couchsurfing is a really exciting way to travel. Being able to meet people and really experience life while traveling is really the way to do it, and staying in a hotel is just so dull (not to mention expensive!)

Interests

I love art, design, music, basically anything creative. I make a lot of posters and t-shirts with original designs. Theater is great, fashion is amazing. I also do photography and have a pretty extensive record collection.

I am crazy about music. Love David Bowie, Bob Dylan, The White Stripes, Led Zeppelin, The Velvet Underground, The National, Blur, Neutral Milk Hotel, Future Islands, Iron and Wine, so many more...For movies...I have a pretty random taste selection, some favorites are Sweeney Todd, Garden State, Footloose, The Breakfast Club, Her, Edward Scissorhands, and Birdman. HUGE Game of Thrones Fan, the show and the books. I love poetry and plays as well as literature: my favorites are Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac, Oscar Wilde, and Edward Albee.
