My name is Josh Levinsky and I grew up in Teaneck, NJ a strange little city across the GWB from the Heights, but I am currently live in East Brunswick,NJ. I am a professional musician/guitar player/singer-songwriter and I spend most of my day dedicated to music. I write music and then play it in tunnels of NYC for a living(busking).

I've worked a lot of jobs but performing in the tunnels of NYC is my first career. It's the only thing I feel I can do well enough to feel secure with my job title.

I am planning to go on a busking trip by train/bus/hitchhiking across the good ol' US of A! I would drive and sleep in my car if I could afford the tickets lol. Is that even illegal? I'll google it; anyway, the notion of traveling on the means incurred from busking and doing what I love in tandem with meeting and staying with complete strangers, checks off every box on my "perfect life litmus test".

Frankly, I'm just sick of the routine. I want to hear new stories coming out of new mouths in a new city.

Music: If it's British, i'll listen. Love grunge, jazz, actual country music, folk. I'm a musician, and I wouldn't be worth my salt if I didn't at least take in, research and understand how music, that I don't prefer, can still move someone else. . But The Beatles are of course are THE band. The music those four damn teenagers made is the closest I come to believing in magic.

I'd really love to learn the Spanish language. Most of my friends are Hispanic and I'd love to bust out some Spanish every now and then.
