ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, very active, love to be in nature. Skiing, swimming, paddleboarding, hiking and biking are my favorite activities along with camping. I enjoy hanging out in the mountains but the desert is cool too.

PHILOSOPHY

It's time for us to work together to figure out what will work for all beings on this planet; humans, animals, planet, the earth. It takes time but will be very rewarding for those of us that put it all on the line to seed a new future. We can create a myth of cooperation and creativity instead of the current myth of domination and control. CS is a great example of the new story!

When not moving around, I love to read and write, journaling most of my adventures. A key interest in living life based on a created future instead of that thinking that happens in my head. How can we transforms our experience of life?
Meditate on a daily basis and it continues to impact my perspective on life with what's possible.

The Bible, so much wisdom in that book. The Expanse series. Both of these show how stuck humanity is without something WAY bigger than ourselves. So many great books, so little time. Listen to rock (old and new), and folk mixed in with Christian contemporary. Great indie movie, Occupy Love. How could the multiple crises we are facing become the world's great love story? Puts what is happening in our world in a completely different context. Also, enjoy the series The Chosen.

When I'm in a quiet place in nature, witnessing the sunrise or sunset can't be beat. Skiing in a snow storm with the wind howling and feeling like there is no one else on the mountain is a huge favorite. Can't get enough of it. Sharing, discussing, thoughts and ideas with people is so very interesting.

Been in business for a long time, both the public and private sector along with my education, can help anyone out that has a small to medium sized business with just about any issue. Also an excellent project manager. Can help with any kind of project you have going on. Currently work with small organizations in the are of digital media and IT technology. Particularly focusing on spiritual organizations or churches. Look at things for a holistic perspective. Also love to cook and share healthy ways of eating and living!

I live in a small one bedroom apartment in the town of Sandpoint, ID. You can walk or ride virtually everywhere and there is a bus system. Also a shuttle bus when the Schweitzer mountain is open for the winter season.

I'm only hosting single women and couples traveling together.

It's a futon in an open room with a 1/2 bath available downstairs. The max stay is 2 days. You won't have a private place or room of your own. It's all shared space.

I'm more likely to host someone that has a couple of references and with a few days notice.

I love sharing the places I live with people. If you ski, board, hike, or bike we can have some fun together. There's a lot to do here outside which is where you want to be most of the time.
