About Me

****UPDATE February 2023*****

Back on the west coast and LOS ANGELES! I work remotely in an amazing job and am constantly traveling across the US all the time for business and pleasure, I am incredibly grateful and appreciative to say!!! So happy and wanting to always meet locals, couchsurfers and make memories everywhere I go! Please reach out if you see me in your city! 😁 cheers 🍻 🗺️

For when I am hosting in LA:

Can’t wait to meet you! 😁 BUT! Please do not contact me if you’re just looking for a place to crash while you look for apartments or are looking to relocate to LA. Lol

Currently riding my motorcycle across the 🇺🇸 from Boston to California! So this means I no longer live in Boston haha #motorcyclediaries

****UPDATE May 2022*****

Officially a Harvard alumni now living in Boston! 👨🏽‍🎓 Let’s connect and celebrate!

****UPDATE May 2021*****

Currently biking 🚴🏽 from Seattle, Washington to Santa Monica, California! Love to hangout, camp and find awesome hosts! Come visit me in LA or Boston!

*****UPDATE May 2021*****
I’m going to Harvard! Moving to Boston!

Just like everyone else the last two years have sort of been a whirlwind especially with COVID-19! Since my last update I was in a pretty serious motorcycle accident, I did a motorcycle Road trip from Los Angeles to Canada camping along the way and visiting national parks and beautiful site!

During Covid I was lucky enough to be able to visit many beautiful national parks and saw all the national parks in Utah including Zion, Capital Reef, Arches, and Bryce Canyon. Throughout Covid being outdoors and camping has really been my saving grace. I’ve truly reflected deeply and what I wanna do in life, the people I want surrounding me and the adventures I seek from the flavors of life.

I have been much luckier and much more blessed than I deserve, and I’m looking forward to many great adventures and meeting and hosting travelers from all over the world! I would say I’m a jack of all trades master of none, I love to share stories and hear them, and have plenty of interesting things to talk about if you have an ear to lend.

I am really excited about going to Harvard and living on the East Coast, and I am really excited to explore the wilderness, meet amazing people, and travel travel travel on the other side of the US!

Get to know me 😁

Cheers!

*****UPDATE May 2019*****

Since my last update I have been blessed enought to go camping at Zion National Park (Utah) where I hiked Angles Landing in a lot of snow which was absolutely terrifying and thrilling! I also went to Joshua Tree National Park (California) camping right before the new year in insane winds when the goverment was shutdown, we camped in 20 degree cold and 30 mile per hour winds! Certainly the coldest I have ever camped, what an experience! I also went to Sedona National Park (Arizona) where I hiked so much and got to sleep on magical red rock formations where something called an "energy vortex" flows out of the earth, it was unreal! I went to Coachella this year in April and did it while camping there, it was so much more fun than I thought, combining two of my favorite things, music and camping :) I went to Olympic National Park (Washington) this last month near Canada and it was incredible, so much lush nature and even a rainforest right next to the Canadian border! I went to the farthest, northernmost point in all of the continental US as well (I have also been to the southernmost, eastern point). This month I am running a 5K race in Grand Teton National Park (Wyoming) and exploring both Grand Teton and Yellowstone Nation Park (Wyoming) camping inside a van an traveling with a friend I cannot wait!

*****UPDATE June 2018*****

I have ridden "Blanca" my Harley Davidson motorcycle all over California these last few months and it has been a dream! I have gone on a motorcycle trip from Los Angeles to San Francisco along PCH seeing the entire coast! It was a dream! I also went to Big Sur TWICE and explored and fell in love with it. I have been camping a lot in many national parks lately. I almost died after jumping off a cliff to get a diving flipper I dropped, and almost drowned from 20 foot waves trying to climb out of the cliff, it was a mistake I will never make again, never underestimate mother nature. I also went to Death Valley and it was unbelievable. I have been to Africa on my travels and it felt like I was in the Sahara again. I am getting ready for some big trips and adventures and my goal is to see many more national parks and keep camping as often as possible! Never stop adventuring!

*****UPDATE June 2018*****

I am almost done teaching for the academic year and cannot wait for the summer in Los Angeles!!! In college I learned to ride motorcycles and have bought and fixed several and now I have finally purchased my first Harley Davidson motorcycle, a personal dream right in time for summer riding down the Pacific Coast Highway and motorcycle adventures and camping to national parks! I have been hosting more people than ever! I have made a lot of amazing friends some who have been staying for several weeks! Things I did the last couple months: Coachella, Swim with bull sharks with no cage Run a half marathon in Yosemite National Park Buy my first ever Harley (her name is Blanca) host a lottttttt of travelers and friends! Going to do so much camping, so many adventures and plan soooooo many trips this summer! My tan and heart are ready!!! *****UPDATE May 2018***** I ran my first ever long distance running event and I finished running my first ever half marathon in the absolutely breathtaking, Yosemite National Park in 1:56:00!!!! I explored Yosemite now for the 5th time and as always it was absolutely amazing and humbling. I went hiking after the 13.1 miles half marathon and bathed in the freezing pool at the bottom of Lower Yosemite waterfalls that are more than 2,400 feet high! *****UPDATE APRIL 2018***** I have completed my dream of SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN WITH SHARKS! I went freediving in the open ocean next to Florida int he Gulf stream with dozens of bull, lemon, sandbar, black tip and hammerhead SHARKS!!!! I have gone to the southernmost point of the continental United States, and I have explored the U.S. Capital (Washington DC) as well as, Key West, Miami, Washington DC, Fort Lauderdale, Baltimore, Palm Beach, Virginia, Florida, Vermont, and Maryland! I love living life, I am super adventurous spontaneous, I love art, painting, riding motorcycles, dancing and listening to bachata and reggaeton and always searching for the next adventure! Much bigger adventures await! Including a half marathon run in Yosemite national park!!! This month I am headed to Coachella for the first time ever!!!!! Loved being hosted on the eastern united states by such kind, generous, and amazing fellow couchsurfing hosts and I continue to look forward to host more couchsurfers here in LA!!! ~SAFE TRAVELS~ CHEERS! *****UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2017***** I love to meet people from all over the world and pass on the same compassion, friendliness and kindness that so many have shown me while on my travels! I love to host and love to visit others but have not been a gust in a long time and can't wait! I am super laid back, very well traveled! Open minded and very social. Cook me your favorite meal from your country, tell me awesome stories of your travels, and let's have some drinks and we will get along perfectly ;P I look so forward to meeting you all! *****UPDATE JULY 2017***** I am loving the crazy amount of requests I have gotten this summer! I am sorry I cannot host you all but I think it is fair that in exchange of me showing you my most beloved places and secrets of DTLA and Los Angeles you A) be respectful and kind just as I would be to you B) understand I do not have to host you and do it out of the kindness of my heart and to pay forward the help others have helped me when I couch surfed and D) want to hangout and learn about you and visit you in your country soon ;) ***UPDATE APRIL 2017**** Hi yall!!! I hope you all are doing amazing on your travels. I wish I could offer a place for all of you but I cannot always accommodate. Since returning to America in August 2016, I have moved back to Downtown Los Angeles! I am now a Spanish Teacher for a charter school and am loving it. I am working on finishing building my cafe motorcycle project! I do want you all to know I live in a studio and there is not a lot of space at all! However, I do have a couch and floor space where you can rest your head. I am planning my next great adventure, maybe Indonesia, South America or Europe again. Best wishes, safe travels, great adventures, and adeu!!! I love talk about anything and everything and am a very happy and friendly person. I am a very respectful person and believe everyone deserves to be respected! I am athletic and active, I am in love with art, traveling, love to eat, love learning about others cultures, meeting interesting people and having great conversations with good company over a drink :) I am an artist, traveler and explorer and looking to expand my horizons and share experiences! I love to travel like most people but I am a big adventurist, a bit of an adrenaline junky and always in search of experiences of a lifetime, in places only seen once in a lifetime!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love exploring and meeting new people, and this is a great way to meet like minded people and new friends around the world where we can share experiences and help each other out :) People who host me will have a new friend in Los Angeles, California to visit :) I enjoy making new friends i think it is the most enjoyable thing about couch surfing when you really connect with someone you other wise never would of had the opportunity to meet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been told I am an interesting man, but I painted 4 murals when I was 16, nearly died in Big Sur after cliff jumping, I have ridden my Harley all over California from San Diego almost to San Francisco. I have been to both the southeastermost most point of the continental United States and also the northwesternmost point in the continental United States. I hiked up to Angels Landing in heavy snow (alone). I won an MMA fight when I was 18, I have missed a flight in the Czech Republic and taken a 19 train and bus transfer to Germany, I have camped in a tent in 35 mph winds in Death Valley, played american football at the junior college level as well as Rugby For UCLA, ran a half marathon through Yosemite National Park, I was a tattoo artist in LA for 5 years, I have gotten to meet a lot of interesting and famous people like Brad Pitt while riding my motorcycle and Snoop Dogg while living in LA. I have been in the Vatican Museum after midnight, I have been to the top of the Eiffel Tower on the last day of the year, I have bargained for leather goods in Morocco, had excellent beers in Germany, I saw fireworks explode over the Hudson river in New York on 4th of July, partied my ass off in Barcelona, I have enjoyed an entire day at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam while secretly taking pictures, I have swam in the open ocean without a cage with bull sharks in the Gulf Stream, I have almost drowned after jumping off a cliff in Big Sur, I have drunken wine from a pouch in Andora, I did not take a pill in Ibiza, I free-dived in Mallorca, I have seen the sunset in Brooklyn, fell in love in Poland (once upon a time), listened to music on the rooftop of a palace in Fez, clubbed in Prague, got lost in the Louvre, ate McDonalds after Versailles, played chess in a czech airport, and notoriously rode the train free almost daily in Spain. I am now a middle school teacher!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have practiced martial arts since I was 17, I was an Art Director for a Music Festival in LA, I am an artist, and speak Spanish fluently as well. I would be more than happy to share any and all knowledge I can offer. I love to teach in anything I can, especially art and english!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Like I said, I am an English teacher so I would happily give you free English classes, I also am a very experienced painter, drawer, and artist in general. I also would be more than happy to share my experience and teach. I am also a very giving person and enjoy sharing, so don't hesitate to ask!
