About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Enjoying life to the max!

ABOUT US
After living in Tilburg, The Netherlands for a couple of years we lived and worked in Australia, Sydney (Newtown and Gordon). Spend 5 beautiful years overseas meeting a lovely bunch of people who we still call family and friends!
We moved back to Tilburg and 4 years later we moved back to our hometown Boxtel, where we both grew up.

We moved to a lovely house in the middle of the city centre of Boxtel, close to shops, restaurants and bars.
We just love it here!!!

ABOUT ME
People say that I'm spontaneous, think they're right;-) I love being around family and friends. Chatting, laughing, 'little' shopping, having lunch, dinner, going out dancing, movies, concerts, festivals, theater etc.

PHILOSOPHY
If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. ~Dalai Lama

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I think that CS is a fantastic project. You can meet a lot of new people with a lot of stories (and experiences) to tell. And the fact that your host knows all the ins and outs about their City, Country etc makes it even more fantastic.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We had a few CS experiences in Sydney and just loved it. We never stayed at someone’s please via CS ourselves, we just love to host. Love to meet new people and make great memories :-)

Interests

- Enjoying the little things in life; a beautiful cloud, birds having a chat etc.
- Watching the kids I take care of playing, laughing, chatting etc.
- Music (EBM, wave, gothic, rock, "golden oldies", etc
- Movies (going to or watch them at home)
- Going out for dinner (restaurant or with family and friends)
Also travelling, but it’s not a big prio atm as we still need a lot of work in our new (very old... 1863!) home!
