Hi there! I was born and raised in a city called Bogota, Colombia. I've always said it's one of the best countries in the world, not because of drugs or those stereotypes, but because once you go and get to know the place, the cities, the culture you see and feel in every different region, you couldn't have imagined such a country was so different from what it is seen in movies.

Anyways, I've been living almost a year and a half in Sydney, Australia while doing my bachelor's degree. There are many places I still need to visit in this country before leaving, but I'm pretty sure i'll be able to do so before finishing my career.

I believe it is time to go out of my comfort zone, get to know strangers that may give me a hand when i'm travelling, get to know different places from the locals, basically just infuse myself in different cultures in order to get to know more about the people living on this planet.

Intereses

I love to get to know cultures from their food, there is a link between what a group of people is and how that society behaves that makes me wanna try as much of it as i can.

I like getting to know new places, roadtrips and camping. I may be a city boy, but i always look for a spot every once in a while to go somewhere quiet and just take a look of what is surrounding me, city or countryside.

I love football and any sport basically. I'm more of a gym type person but running or getting pumped up playing in a team is an awesome feeling, specially when winning.

Música, películas y libros

Music? Any type really, it pretty much depends on how i'm feeling or how i want to feel. I've never liked a specific type, but if i had to choose, i would say some house or trance is never too bad.

Inception is one of my favourite movies, but again, there is not a favourite genre. Action, history, horror, any movie is good to watch at least once.

Dan Brown may be the author i like the most, the way he writes makes it impossible to drop the book until it's finished!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Recently I did my first solo backpacking experience to Singapore. Over there I was able to meet a guy on the street from Hong Kong. He turned out to be not only a very good person but a very kind one, we kept in touch and two days later I was able to see the sunset from the rooftop hotel he was staying at: The Marina Bay Sands. The fact that non-guests like me were not allowed in the pool's area made me realise how amazing it is to simply travel and get to know a new place, meet random people, and receiving the best memories someone could ever ask for to become a reality!

Spanish! Even better, Colombian spanish! Hahah apart from teaching the language i'm keen on some dishes from my country (if i can find the ingredients), but im more than happy to teach anything related to my background :)

Im just trying to learn how to live my life, for that im looking at the people that surround me every day, their successes and mistakes and, based on that, try to apply it in my own life. That means anyone can teach me something new!
