Hello, I'm Julia - currently living and studying in the city of Münster in Germany.
I'm a passionate traveller who likes to meet new people to get to know the world from a different perspective and to inspire each other.

I'm studying cultural anthropology which is also about other perspectives and "making the world safe for differences". In addition I study paedagogics and dreaming of alternative school systems which enable children to follow their Joy and live up to their individual potentials.

Moreover, I like photography, dancing, hiking, having good talks with a cup of tea and art.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a great way of getting to know new people and places, to have a feeling of home in the foreign.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A really great adventure was hiking up the cerro vulcano in Costa Rica. I was hiking with three friends I just met a few days ago. The road was muddy and slippery and we had to climb up big roots to get to the top. We could enjoy such a nice view and the best part was to swim in the ice cold water of the vulcano lake!
