My name is Julianna but everyone calls me Jewel nice to meet you:) I love life so much and I love meeting new people and trying new things, and I love to travel and make new experiences! I moved from Canada July 2021 and have been travelling all over Mexico ever since. I lived in Loreto with my mother and I have just recently moved out on my own to San Jose del cabo. I am trying to find a safe place to rest my head at night as I am never really home. I am always very busy working and experiencing life. I'm always at the beach swimming, surfing or doing art. I have two small hosue trained dogs one is a service animal, he is a 7lb papillon/chihuahua his name is Leo. He has been travelling with me everywhere on airplanes for the past 4 years. He is such an angel so well trained he never makes any noise and loves people and children so much everyone always falls in love with him! I also just rescued another dog back in April in Puerto Escondido where I was working his name is Salvador he is a little scared of people and things sometimes because he was abused and left on the side of the highway, but he still loves people so much and both my dogs would never even hurt a fly they love to make new animal friends whether they are dogs or cats...etc. haha they both have such big ears and kind of look like Gremlins! He weights 12 pounds and is mixed with every type of terrier and a dachshund and yorkie. I always take my dogs with me everywhere they mean the world to me. I believe we should choose to lead with love everyday and cpntinue to raise the positive vobrations of love and happiness on this planet! I love to read, write, dance, sing, paint, draw... the list goes on! I am always very active so I'm never home. I love to flow with life and I am looking foreward to continuing on my journey of travel and spreading love and light.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My mother suggested it would be a good idea for me to join the couch suring website because she used to do stuff like this when she was younger and travelled on a budget all the time so I took her advice. I just moved to San jose I am looking to live short to longterm depending on where I can stay and how long I can stay for. I have been travelling with my mom my entire life because its always just been her and I. And only recently after 20 years have I decided to leave and travel solo. It is definetly a different experience being away from family, but I am truly blessed for the journey and all the amazing experiences and I am blessed and grateful for all the endless possibilities and opportunities!! Life is absolutley incredible. I am looking forwards to using the website to lead me to the next part of my journey, and meet some amazing people and see some more beautiful parts of this existance!!:)

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is very wide I love music in every genre from the 20's to now. I would call my music taste bi polar its all over the place I love music so much I could never have a favourite anything that includes a favourite color or movie as well same with a favourite food theres too many amazing things on this planet I dont think its possible atleast for myself to be limited to only one. BUT my favourite book is 1000% The Power!! It absolutley changed my life and it will forver be a book I read over and over again! And as for a favourite movie I've seen way too many and love movies so much I dont know how I would ever choose one. But my favourite show is definetly How I Met your Mother.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't decide on one amazing thing I've done but I think its amazing if we all choose to wake up everyday and spread love and happiness and help out everyone and everything in our path in any way possible!:) love is all that matters and if i can help out anyone I can that's all i care about! changing the world for the better!
