About Me

Hey !

I'm just a random lucky guy, borned in France, oldest sibling of a family of 3 children ! After studying neuropsychology for 5 years, I started traveling in South-East Asia, and never stopped until then.
I found myself into it, my own flow and lifestyle. Now I define myself as a nomad, discovering the world, what it has to offer and experiencing differents ways of living. The idea beneath it is, that I've got to experience, observe the world and humans around the globe, before taking an appropriate place in it, and get really involved in something meaningful which suits me.
As the proverb says "the grass is always greener on the other side" : I've been raised in a secure and stable environment. Those strong roots allows me now, to live an unstable life and crave for adventures... I guess ?

To do so, I try to find interesting way to connect with the locals, to grasp as much as possible of their culture, habits and everything : like volunteering, couch surfing, hitchhiking, etc.

I'm curious about everything, ranging from education and agricuture, to history, philosophy passing through art and spirituality... Knowledge is my soulfood ! But unfortunately, there's not enough of one life to achieve all of my goals and dreams. Therefore, I try to live to the fullest, as close as possible of who I am and who I want to become.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling for me is about experiences, meeting new people and getting the closest possible to the locals. What's best than spending some days with them ? In the place they live in, doing it their way ?
Similarly to a volunteering opportunity, Couchsurfing allows me to get in touch with the locals, to get involved into their world (their culture, langage, food, clothings), to exchange our point of view, way of living, share our experiences and lifes stories...
Of course, it is also a way to travel longer, as it lower the expense. Plus, it is sometimes a good option to enjoy the quietness of a place and to relax for a time, in between crazy adventures.
