I know a lot of Yoga, I have been teaching for 4 years, love to share the method and philosophy, also some about being heathy and in an harmonious way.

My first language is Spanish and I live in Puebla Mexico, a very interest spot, with a pyramid and volcanoes right next to town, so you can visit me anytime your ´re around Mexico!
