Overview
About Me
Hi, my name is Juraj which is Croatian and means nothing less than "dragon slayer" commonly also referred to as "George". In real life I'm actually quite fond of dragons but have never met one in person.
I used to work as an illustrator but focus on music at the moment earning very little money because I figured that contributes to my credibility as an artist. I like to cook but sometimes capitalism gets ahold of me and I get so caught up in work that I forget to provide my body with vital nutrition. Luckily my flatmate reminds me to take a break in these cases. I prefer rock climbing over bouldering but I end up bouldering most of the time because it's just more convenient. I like Japanese food and dogs. The latte only on occasion. I don't like it when people confuse China and Japan or make generalised statements about "Africa". But I try not to point my finger because of course sometimes I am ignorant myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm simply fed up with all the Airbnb. It's way nicer to support each other and have a personal level with travellers than to turn your place into a business.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I can show you where any country in the world is, how to best remove red wine spills, coat your leather shoes, discuss about odd time signatures, an introduction to sound engineering, draw a portrait of you that probably wouldn't be remotely as beautiful as you are in real life, solder your broken cables, give profound advice about things I know nothing about and do the dishes, just to mention my core qualities.
