Some years ago, I did the pilgrimage of Santiago de Compostela. Not in a religious way even though I respect that way too. But only as a human meeting and discovering other humans, other places.That experiment is one of the best moment of my life. Meeting generous people, you didn't know then and that shared their roof with you, their food, their stories. I felt really alive while doing that journey. And that's why I am on Couchsurfing. To revive that life.
