Overview
About Me
I have been traveling around Mexico and recently started my adventure in the United States.
I've always had an interest in indigenous cultures of North and South Americas, especially the Maya civilization. I suppose it is because I come from Lithuania, the last pagan country in Europe. My ancestors lived in nomadic tribes and were deeply connected to The Great Mother and her cycles. During my time in Mexico I got a chance to study the spiritual teachings of the local pre-hispanic cultures and their advanced understanding of the cosmos.
My main goals for this trip were to learn alternative ways of living and focus on my healing. The last 2 years have been really challenging for me as my health declined drastically and I had to try out various healing modalities until I found the root cause of my illness. It was emotional. I joined a 6 month Core Emotional Healing program at the beginning of my trip and after it finished I have been continuing the work on my own. Doing trauma healing work has changed me for ever and taught me so much about myself and the world. Once I am fully healed and more grounded, I would like to share my knowledge and intuitive gifts to help others heal too.
I grew up in a small village surrounded by green forests and lakes. My family were always growing their own food thus working with plants and putting my hands in dirt feels natural to me. Every summer we would go to the woods and collect herbs, mushrooms and berries. After living in Edinburgh for 7 years I realized that I truly miss that type of living. My long-term goal is to find the right people and place where we could settle and potentially set up a regenerative farm. Coming to Mexico was not accidental as there are a lot of opportunities to create projects such this and at the moment I am at a very early stage of it.

It's an amazing way to meet open-minded, generous and cool people! You can share your past/future traveling experiences, viewpoints towards different social/local/global issues and have deep conversations about life:) It's also about helping each other without expecting anything in return - meeting each other is already awesome and more than enough!

Music, Movies, and Books
Oh dear, there are so many good pieces of art out there... When it comes to music, I like whatever sounds nice to my ear - could be rock, could be techno, could be classical. Usually I like music that makes me wanna hit the dancefloor.
The last favorite book that I read is called 2012 Maya Cosmogenesis. I have been waiting for this book my whole life and it came to me at the time I started my journey around Mexico.
And I would like to share my favourite quote from 'On the road' by Jack Kerouac:
'The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes 'Awww!''
And the movies would be 'American Beauty' or 'Waking Life'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing Mount Kinabalu... Had to overcome my fear of heights and the altitude sickness nearly killed me but I kept on going. The whole experience was amazing and the view was absolutely breathtaking!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Lithuanian language and guarantee that you'll forget everything.. :D
I can teach you how to follow the Maya calendar (Tzolkin), share my method of meditation and my very basic knowledge of Spanish language.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my sense of humor and laugh. Sometimes it can be hard to stop.
I love cooking, especially vegetable soups. I am an intuitive chef and I basically create new meals spontaneously and then don't write the recipes down... Maybe I should start doing it.
I love having great conversations and exchange knowledge. Overall, I am quite obsessed with reading books but been taking a break from it recently. Sometimes my mind can get overfilled with ideas and reach the point of explosion.
I am a good listener and can often give a decent piece of advice. If you need one, just tell me :D
