When we travel abroad, our itinerary is usually jam packed. Sometimes we pay lots of money for a hotel or hostel just to sleep and shower. I think that is a huge waste of money, especially if someone in the area has the extra space for us. Using Couchsurfer will give us the opportunity to meet new people, get to know other cultures, and save money.
