I'm settled into a groove in Haslett, northeast of Lansing by a few miles. I sell wine for a living and love to travel when I can.

I haven't yet, really. I don't live in the most exciting area in the world, so I don't get couchsurfing requests. So by all means, send me one!

兴趣

I'm a huge music fan. I play guitar and piano, and love to go to shows (My Morning Jacket, The Hold Steady, and Drive-By Truckers, Fleet Foxes are recent faves). I love to travel, and to take road trips. These two things make me feel more free than anything else.

I used to read entirely non-fiction, sociological books, things like that. But I've been trying to read more fiction lately. Arthur Miller, Alex Garland.

There are too many movies to list, but here are recent faves: No Country For Old Men, Up in the Air, Shutter Island. Favorite Comedies ever: Slapshot, Dumb and Dumber, Spinal Tap, Amelie.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Toured the east coast in a rock band and put out some records, visited the Grand Canyon and Glacier NP. Hiked 150 miles on the Appalachian Trail (would've liked to do more, but real life can catch up with you at the worst times).
