Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because i want to travel and have real cultural experiences and it’s a lot harder to do that if you stay in a hostel or a hotel. I love meeting new people.
Music, Movies, and Books
Some of the genres of music i like are Folk, Blues, R&B, Country, and Lofi. My all time favourite artist is Hozier. The bands Caamp and The Lumineers are also very important to me I generally like thriller movies and movies that have a deeper meaning. Movies that make you think about life. Inception and The Matrix are 2 of my favourites. I am very big into reality tv such as Survivor and Big Brother. Other than that just a few sitcoms like The Office or How I Met Your Mother.

A large part of the reason i want to try Couchsurfing is the opportunity to live with locals and learn about the culture from them. I traveled Europe last summer and mostly staying in hostels, i met a lot of nice people from around the world but i think CS is better for experiencing the raw culture of the country you’re in. I come from a very small part of the world with a unique society as well. The east coast of Canada has its own very distinct culture. I would be more than happy to teach about The Maritimes and what it means to be Canadian
