Movies: Documentaries mostly, and character studies... lady Bird and Call me by your name are recent faves :-)
Music: SO MUCH! Everything from Regina Spektor to Bossa Nova to Gregorian Chant. I enjoy listening to live music.
Books: Memoirs are my go to💗 Poetry too. Rumi is a favorite😄

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Peaked a mountain in Canada; Lived in the wilderness without running water for electricity for a week every Summer for 6 years

I can share my knowledge about oils, meditation, crystals, or the amazing world of plants 🌱 Especially lichen.... my senior thesis was about how lichen break down the definition of the self and reveal the unity at play in all creatures 💚
