I consider myself a liberal person with much respect for other's opinion. We are all people, no matter the differences. My main mantra is "don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you". Please keep up to it, too ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been encouraged by many friends to participate, so here I am. I am into getting to know different people, going to places I have never been before and helping others with their visits to my hometown.

Intereses

I am rather a chatty person, have many interests and can talk about anything anytime. I'd always love to learn something new from another person.

My main interests are focused on fine arts, architecture and urbanism. I am a serious architecture admirer and love to talk about the history of architecture, as well as about the modern XXth century architecture (BauHaus, Le Corbusier etc.).

The other area of my interests are linguistics and history. I can be a bit geeky about it but I try not to push "fun facts" down other people's throats so there is no need to worry ;)

Música, películas y libros

One of my friends said that it is unclear to them wether the diversity of my musical taste is a sign of its uniqueness or rather a sign of the lack of that taste. I can just say that lately my musical taste is drifting towards smooth jazz and electro rather than folk, indie rock or pop. Nevertheless, I enjoy many genres and do not frown upon people with different tastes ;)

I am a big animation fan and enjoy as well Disney movies and Tim Burton animations. I also enjoy movies that mix reality with fiction, creating a completely new world within the movie - that is why I admire Wes Anderson's films so much!

I also love Wes Anderson movies and old musicals (The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins etc.), which many times made other people frown upon me. Well.
