Career-wise: I recently finished my Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, where I was "saving the world one knee at a time" with my research. I am currently working at a law firm as a patent agent helping companies/inventors patent their technologies so that they can pursue their business interests.

Activities/Interests: I love doing activities outdoors, having adventures, and picking up new skills! I love live music, dancing, meeting new people, traveling to new places... basically experiencing unique opportunities whenever I can!

At home: I have a Samoyed named Flynn. He is a super friendly fur ball who loves meeting new people!

I'm looking to meet new people and potentially share my home!

Within the next year I plan to take 3+ months to tour various places abroad and will be looking for awesome people to meet if not some places to stay!

I'm into all sorts of movie genres... examples include Inception, Guardians of the Galaxy, Moana, Wild, Spy, La La Land, and IT

I'm into lots of different music... EDM, jazz, alternative, rock, pop, some rap/hip-hop, classical, indie

As a scientist by training, I still read the occasional scientific journal article. I read lots of fantasy books growing up including Chronicles of Narnia, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter. Some classics I've read are "The Great Gatsby," " The Kite Runner," "Water for Elephants," and "Crime and Punishment". Recently I have been into life-hacking books such as "Beyond Training: Mastering Endurance, Health, and Life," "The Rise of Superman," "Checklist Manifesto" and "4-hour work week"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've completed a Tough Mudder (live wires and all).

I've run the Newport Marathon.

I've hiked Haleakala and seen the silversword plant.

I'm full of info related to science, nutrition, medicine, and biology. I'm knowledgable about how to obtain patents in the U.S. and abroad.

I've traveled to half the states in the U.S. and lived in three of them for extended periods of time. I'm happy to share what I know about living/traveling in the U.S.
