One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I participated in the appeal strategy for a case in the United States Supreme Court, aimed at protecting the Illinois River. It was so exciting to be sworn-in! That decision made caselaw saying that downstream states' water quality standards must be taken into account by upstream states when implementing the Clean Water Act.
