Hi, I'm never very good at writing about myself. I guess I would describe myself as a fun, happy girl just living life to the fullest. Last year I broke my leg (I got kicked by a horse) and it kind of ruined my track season. Over the period of my recovery I learnt so much about life. Yea we can't control everything that happens but we can control how we respond to it. It also gave me a chance to appreciate how much I love running haha not just the competing but just the running itself. I enjoy walking too. I always try to appreciate my surroundings. I don't want to "sleep" half my life so to speak. I'm a big fan of traveling and exploring. I'm not materialistic. I value friendships and memories. I'm the kind of person who makes presents and writes letters. Im from New Zealand :) a kiwi!! "travel is the only thing we buy that makes us richer" "This Moment"

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To meet people. To get the proper experience of traveling by learning about the culture. You can only learn so much by reading the cover of a book. Staying with locals I think I could truly appreciate the places I visit. When I return home I will definitely offer my place for travelers.

I like good music! often older stuff. Im open to anything really. Beatles, Jimmy Barnes, Bob Dylan, Phil Collins, Beatles, The Fray, Goo Goo Dolls, Switchfoot, Oasis, Green Day. Books - Peaceful Warrior and The Alchemist. These books are amazing

I love meeting people and learning about their experiences. I love exploring. Just getting lost in the history of places or in the culture of the people. I have strong interests in sport. What else, i enjoy painting and drawing, riding horses.
