We are living in a hood house in a lovely small village in the mountains, with nothing else that the strict necessity but surrounded by simplicity and beauty. Come to discover the wildness of the Pyrénées ! comme to meet us !
We would be happy to host people for one day to one week, the only restriction is alcool (please not much than one beer or a glass of wine !) we would love to host family as well, since we are a family too !

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing me semble participer à une vision alternative du voyage. J'ai envie de faire découvrir la région dans laquelle je vis, ce bout de monde Pyrénéen, et de montrer aussi à mes enfants une autre façon de rencontrer des gens et de s'ouvrir au monde.
Couch surfing seems to be an alternative vision of travelling. I want to show the region around to new people, the Pyrénées, I also want to show to our children a different way to meet people and to be open to the world.

A different way of living, in a remote place, far away of big city, but also connected to the world... Mountains are not only "nice and cute", it is also a somehow rough place to live in, but this roughness is beautiful, mysterious and full of joy. Painting can also be part of the travel here, since I am an artist (I am working under the name "the old boys' club", you can check y work at this address : http://theoldboysclub.org) or create anything with hand (crochet, hood, etc.)

Une façon un peu différente de vivre, dans un endroit un peu éloigné de tout, mais aussi connecté au reste du monde, dans le monde.La vie en montagne est parfois rude, les montagnes ne sont pas juste jolies et tranquille, elles ne se donnent pas si facilement, se sont aussi des "zones de résistance" à la société de consommation, à l'empire capitaliste ! Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

humour, different way of imagine the world, different way of living, stories from the Pyrénées, travel with kids also (I guess the kids are a big part of it too !). I am not so sure to travel a lot, for the moment I am more interested in hosting people.
