Hi! My name is Kayla, and I've just arrived in Europe from Queensland, Australia (weather has been just a little different, so far). I'll be travelling around Europe pretty flexibly for about four weeks, to see the sights before settling down to study in the North of England for a semester.
I'd be really happy to meet new people on my trip, and generally just hang out with other travellers or locals in each area, and I would love a place to stay occasionally (please feel free to visit me in beautiful Brisbane one day after I head home!)

All of the movies? Like music and books, there are certainly too many to list here but I enjoy a lot of comedy and the odd action movie, as well as more obscure arthouse films, LGBT cinema etc.
These days I'm more often addicted to television, I love shows like Broad City, Orphan Black, Black Mirror, Battlestar Galactica (so say we all), House of Cards, The Wire and a tonne of UK comedy.

I could try to help out with English lessons! (If you yourself aren't already fluent, which everyone in Western Europe certainly seems to be).

I'm about halfway through a degree in Criminology, so while, of course, this does not make me an expert on the subject, I am always interested in talking about my studies (and also politics, psychology etc.) and I would be thrilled to discuss these things with you and learn together.

Umm, my time/mediocre company? I'd like to offer you more but I jettisoned a lot of stuff before leaving home, and all of my worldly possessions are currently in my (too heavy) backpack.
