Hunter S Thompson, Albert Camus, Paolo Coelho, Philip Pullman, Michael Pollan are some authors I like I listen to a lot of desert rock and doom metal. I tone it down as well and listen to more laid back music, just depends on what I am doing or am in the mood for.

Teach, Learn, Share
I have a degree in exercise physiology, so I can have discussions about training, diet, things like that! So if you're someone who wants to exercise but doesn't really know where to start or wants to fine tune where you're already at, I could probably point you in the right direction.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I consider myself a decent home chef, so I'm happy to share my culinary abilities. I'm open to going out or staying in. I'm pretty good at lifting things up and putting them back down, so let me know if that needs doing.
My Interests
I tend to be interested in anything health related, such as massage, exercise, cooking, gardening, cycling, martial arts, weightlifting, etc. I have also built several bicycles. I have dabbled in various sports, such as bouldering and rowing. I love to cook.
